Starting from the recent intention of the Italian Prime Minister to include the environmental protection in the Italian Constitution, the article speaks about the lack of environmental protection in the Italian Constitution and analyzes the articles 2, 9 and 32 that – with an extensive interpretation – have guaranteed and guarantee an indirect constitutional protection to the environmental theme. An overview is given of the environmental safeguards present in more recent constitutions than the Italian one and in reformed constitutions of different geographical areas (South America, Africa, India, main European Countries), more in the European Treaties. At the end the text presents an author’s proposal to reform the Italian Constitution to insert the environmental protection both in the Fundamental Principles (art. 9) and in the First Part concerning Rights and Duties of citizens (art. 32 and 54).

Hello! I know this is somewhat off topic but I was wondering which
blog platform are you using for this site? I'm
getting sick and tired of Wordpress because I've had problems
with hackers and I'm looking at options for another platform.
I would be awesome if you could point me in the direction of a good platform.

stuff from. Many thanks for posting when you've got the opportunity,
Guess I will just bookmark this blog.

Is that this a paid topic or did you modify it
your self? Anyway stay up the excellent high quality writing, it is uncommon to peer a

Before you purchase a new saddle, measure your leg length and seat measurement.
If you are short in leg length, a 16-inch saddle should be fine.
A longer leg should not exceed 17 inches. A 17-inch seat is possible
for those with longer legs. A larger seat size should be between 18
and 19 inches. Remember that the saddle pad should not be smaller than the size of
the saddle.
Before buying a saddle, you need to determine the horse's size.
A standard size will work for a horse of average stature.
You may need a bigger saddle for a larger horse. Your saddle's gullet size also depends on the
breed of your horse. For example, the back of an Arabian horse is shorter than that of a Thoroughbred.
Consult your trainer to get an exact measurement.
You must first determine your horse's conformation before you can find the right size saddle.
It is important to scan your horse side-to-side, as well as front to
back. Extra padding behind the saddle bars may help horses
with narrower legs. A shoulder bridge pad can be purchased to ensure a perfect
fit. For the average-to-wide withered horse, a medium-to-wide tree is usually sufficient.
A horse with flat or average withers, on the other hand, needs a wide tree.
If you're between two sizes go up. Most saddles are available
in 17-inch sizes. These sizes can be uncomfortable.
It is important to consider what type of riding you will be
doing. Saddles made for leisure riding may be shorter and more comfortable than those used for barrel racing or ranch work.
If you're not sure, take the same measurements for men.
Western saddles can have different sizes of the seat.
The Western saddle seat is approximately
four inches longer than an average adult saddle. If you're too tall, you might need
to go up a size. A shorter rider might need a bigger seat or vice-versa.
You will find the right size saddle for you, depending on your weight and height.
You'll need to measure your height and weight before you buy a saddle.
If you are unsure about your thighbone measurements,
you can try on a few saddles to find the one that best fits
your thigh bone. Western saddle seat sizes are generally one to two inches smaller than English
saddles. If in doubt, order a size larger. Measure at the saddle's nail.
This is a good rule. This nail is located near top of the saddle.
The seat size is the high point of the saddle's cantle.
